What payment methods does Bina & Bino accept?
We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, JCB, Discovery and PayPal.
Will I be charged VAT?
Yes, but it will be included already in the sale price.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer three delivery options at the checkout:
1) Free Delivery for Orders Over ₪299
2) ₪25 Delivery for Orders Under ₪299
3) Self Pick Up - Hataasiya 25, Ra'anana
Orders will take a maximum of 5 business days to arrive, and 7 business days if delivering to the following places: Golan Heights and Northern Border / Arab Sector Locations / Jordan Valley Settlements / Settlements Across the Green Line / Eilat / Dead Sea and Arava Settlements.
Orders must be placed by 12pm, otherwise they will be delivered the following day.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Does Bina & Bino ship outside of Israel?
Bina & Bino ships only within Israel. All prices are in ILS.

Absolutely. All transactions are secure and encrypted and we don't store any of your payment information.
Will Bina & Bino ever share my personal information?
Can you include a personalized note in my order?
Absolutely! All of our gift boxes include a complimentary greeting card in your choice of design with an optional handwritten message. Please add your desired message under "CARD MESSAGE" on the product page.
My order is a gift. I don't want a receipt or pricing shown.
Not to worry - because the majority of our items are sent as gifts, we never include receipts inside the packages. Only the purchaser will be emailed an invoice.
Can I purchase gift boxes for separate locations in one transaction?
Unfortunately each location will need its own transaction.
I received my package, but an item was damaged. Can it be replaced?
We package all of our items very carefully to avoid damage in shipment, but it does happen from time-to-time. If any of your items were received damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damaged product, so that we may proceed with a claim and replacement if necessary.
Please make sure to open all shipments immediately to check that the items arrived safely. We cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for items that are claimed as damaged after 7 business days from the delivery date.
Help, I accidentally provided incorrect information - can I make changes to my order?
Please be sure to double check shipping address, personalization, sizing, etc. prior to placing your order. We begin processing orders right away, and changes may not be made once the order is placed. We will do our best to accommodate if we have not already made your item or shipped your order out.
